5 months and 16 days since the team started, less than a season since buying Martinez Mezo started real racing for Bywater CT. That was a rapid journey up the ranking, it will probably last one more week as the Volta is on. Then we will go to Perm. And then we'll take a break and concentrate on team building. Goal number one is to finish the climbing department - get 6-7 riders, including one that will be able to win one day Top Division clibing races. Then we'll start looking for sprinters. When the team is ready, we may go to Top Division once more, this time for good. At least that's the plan.
But the next few days it's still results that are most important. Halfway through Volta the team looks really well, with 3 stage wins, 2 second places, 2 minutes GC lead, 2nd and 3rd in SC and Zack Davie's YC chances lowered, but not completely destroyed. 5 further stages of racing will show how this will end.
